Shipping & Delivery

We offer 1st class recorded or special delivery shipping via Royal Mail. All orders require a signature on delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 days, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery before 1pm. Customers can select from Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, which is free, or Special Delivery before 1pm at £6.00. Back-orders for products not currently in stock will ship as soon as stock is available. During times of peak seasonal demand there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order as we cope with seasonal demand. If for any reason there's an extended delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.

Returns & Replacements

As part of our customer service to you when shopping at Love Those Charms, we hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery. If there are occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods
You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product must be be in an ‘as new’ condition. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. There is a return address label included with your order.

We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (ie Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you. Certain items of jewellery are excluded from this returns policy, including special order items and earrings. These items cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods
Any item you receive from Love Those Charms that is found to be faulty can be returned to us within 6 months of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement at your request.

Christmas Returns
Our christmas returns policy for unwanted items is extended to the 15th January. This applies to any order purchased between the 1st November and the 22nd December, which falls outside our normal unwanted goods returns policy. You must advise our customer service team before the 15th Jan and we must receive the goods before the end of the month. Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them store credit in sweetie points matching the value of the initial purchase.

Ordering

Ordering is easy.  Just order from our site and pay by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit or Visa Electron. We also accept Paypal.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Online Security is of paramount importance to the Love Those Charms team and we use secure SSL hosting which means all online communications are secure and encyrpted. All payments include all taxes (vat at 20%). We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note your bank account will be debited once you have placed your order and before your items are dispatched. Love Those Charms reserve the right to decline to despatch any products that they deem to be incorrectly priced on the website. If this situation occurs, the customer will be requested to make a further payment to purchase the product or alternatively a full refund will be given.

Lost Goods

Although we send all jewellery via Royal Mail recorded or Special Delivery, sometimes packages go missing. If in the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please send an email to info@lovethosecharms. Please allow up to 14 working days for Royal Mail delivery after your confirmation dispatch email has been sent to you before making contact regarding your item. Sometimes delivery is just delayed rather than lost.
